• Preschool children (up to 7 years old)
• Children from residential institutions
• Children with disabilities under 18 years old, along with one accompanying person
• Adults with disabilities, along with one accompanying person
• Official delegations and cultural delegations
• Employees of national museum networks, the Ministry of Culture, and national institutions in the field of cultural heritage
• Pupils and students from art education institutions (fine arts) and members of the Union of Artists, in the case of the National Museum of Art of Moldova
• Active-duty soldiers of the National Army
• Members of ICOM and ICOMOS
