- Employees of national museum networks, the Ministry of Culture, and national institutions in the field of cultural heritage
- Pupils and students from art education institutions (fine arts) and members of the Union of Artists, in the case of the National Museum of Art of Moldova
- Active-duty soldiers of the National Army
- Members of ICOM and ICOMOS
