Ludmila Țonceva

Friday, December 20, 2019, 4 pm at the National Art Museum of Moldova, will be held the opening of the exhibition and the launch of the monograph "Ludmila Țonceva", author of the monograph - Dr. Ludmila Toma.

The exhibition will include paintings from the collection of the National Museum of Art of Moldova, but also from a private collection, made by the artist Ludmila Țonceva, a prominent representative of the Moldovan school of painting.

Ludmila Țonceva was born in Chisinau in 1946, on July 22, studying at the Republican School of Fine Arts, then graduated the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture I. Repin from Leningrad.

Since 1966 he has participated in the republican, union and international exhibitions, and in 1972 he became a member of the Union of Plastic Artists.

In 1987 ects decorated with the Medal of the International Association of Japanese Plastic Artists, and in 2001 is awarded the winner of the “M. Gamburd ”of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova for the artistic achievements.

Over 20 personal exhibitions by L. Țonceva were organized in Chisinau and abroad.

The works of Ludmila Țonceva were purchased by museums and art galleries in the Republic of Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, as well as by private collectors from Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Holland, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Spain. , USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary.

In the year 2017, on January 24, Ludmila Țonceva goes into eternity and is buried in the cemetery of St. Lazarus in Chisinau.
